The Penis Study
In 1997, Harvard funded a study to discover why the head of a penis is larger than the rest of it. After 1 year and $150,000, they concluded that the reason the head was larger than the shaft was to give the man more pleasure during sex.
After the study was published, U.C.L.A. decided to do their own study. After 3 years of study and $350,000, they concluded that the reason the head was larger than the shaft was to give the woman more pleasure during sex.
Unsatisfied with these findings, Congress decided to conduct their own study; after 2 weeks and a cost of $75.46, they concluded that it was to keep a man's hand from flying off and hitting him in the forehead.
