Hi Eva....hope it is a peaceful Sunday for you. I am attending an all day workshop and cooking this morning for the potluck dinner half way into it...plus hubby wants a brunch with pancakes and sausage and homefries this mid morning! Guess I better get busy huh? Glad to get to know you and in hopes of someday coming back here long enough to read some of your past stories! Have a wonderful Sunday my friend!

Time to smell the daisies, and enjoy all life around us. Great picture of Austin. Nice of you to share.

Happy Thanksgiving.

Oh, sweet picture...and a great post. I think we get so crazy-busy sometimes that we forget to "stop and smell the daisies". Thanks for the reminder. Have a wonderful Sunday. Thanks for stoppin by!

Did you take this picture? It is lovely. My parents are a few years older and haven't retired yet. My dad is turning 70 in two months and wants to retire, but my mom isn't ready. So I can kind of understand the idea that you are adjusting.

Forget about the daisies, take time to enjoy that cutie! Seriously.

When we are working and raising a family....we don't always have the time[ or feel like we don't ]...and then we retire and some of those "daisys" have already died....so you young ones take time...make time!

So sweet! I had a very silent Sunday today as my hubs was off bonding with buddies over football, and I had the entire house all to myself to cook and mill around.
