Semi-Wordless Wednesday?

I don't usually do a wordless Wednesday post, but I'm speechless.  I can't believe all the visitors to my blog yesterday!  I'm trying to visit each and every commenter's blog .(I spent about 13 hours doing that yesterday, and I'm not done yet!)   Some of the commenters don't have blogs, and some have private blogs, but I will stop by all the ones I can, I promise!

Thank you all so much for visiting and for the kind words.  And welcome to the new followers!  In the meantime, I've heard we're supposed to get more snow today.  I got the feeling that some of you are pretty fed up with all this snow when I saw the following photo:

I guess that pretty much sums up the prevailing opinion!  Have a great day everyone!

I love that snowman pic! No snow over here but the rain has been an issue here in sunny (?) California.

Stay warm and dry!

Just calling by from SITS, only got the email about your day this afternoon! Anyway belated Congratulations and good to meet you.

Whoa I just saw your visitors yesterday. Holy shit woman. Pardon my French. :) Anyone'd think you'd posted a photo of you doing housework wearing only a French maid's apron and a smile.

I don't see it though, you must have deleted it. Saucy wench.

I was coming over to say hi, Eva, but I'm pretty sure you don't have time for me. 222 comments. That is the awesome-est thing I have ever bloggy seen, Congrats. And :) for the suicidal snowman pic.

Linda said...

Oh poor snowman. He is praying for the big meltdown! Glad you felt the blog love yesterday!

Eva Gallant said...

Joan: I'm not sure if the snowman is suicidal, or if he got lynched! You'd be frowning, too!

PJ: He landed in my email this morning and cracked me up. I just had to share!

Djan: I'm not falling of the visiting rounds; just ran out of gas as far as coming up with a good post went! Now I feel pressure to write something witty and worthwhile with all those followers. I just hope I can live up to their expectations.

Baby: Glad you decided to stop by!

Jenny: Welcome!

NewMom: Aren't we all!

Melissa: Thank you so much!

Tgoette: We're getting rain today, actually. They predicted snow, but here in southern Maine, we've only seen rain so far.

Steven: Wish I had taken the picture, or at least made the snowman! lol

Kristina: I finally got caught up and responded to all the comments that I could, so now I'm just whelmed! lol

LindyLou: Nice to meet you, too; came back again, soon!

Veg: Trust me--there are no pictures of me doing housework, in a french maids outfit or otherwise! If you could see my house, you'd know this to be true!

HomemakerMan: I absolutely do have time! hello, and come back soon!

"Slightly disturbed" is possibly the nicest compliment we have gotten:) So glad you dropped by today. We love thinking maybe we lightened someone's load once in awhile. Holly:)

You always find the BEST pictures!! I feel like that snowman sometimes!

I can't believe I missed your SITS day! Congratulations!!!

Em Static said...

Nooooo! Don't do it Mister Snowman! You have so much to live for!

That's totally hysterical. Frankly, I miss the snow, but I'm sure it's getting tiresome for people who have been dealing with it all winter.

Eva Gallant said...

Susan: It was amazing!

Holly: Two good friends having fun will lighten anyone's day!

Helene: Thanks. Sorry you missed it, too. It was a busy day!

Em Static: He's just bailing before the the heat is turned on him!

Congrats on being featured yesterday! I was busy hosting my own social recipe swap event so I missed the excitement. Good for you. Your blog deserves the royal treatment.

Lori: We're getting rain here, even though it was supposed to be snow.

Tam: No way would I forget you guys!

Deb: I have the advantage of being retired, no job, no kid at home, so I could spend 13 hours in a row responding to the comments!

Jackie: So glad I could bring a laugh for your day! I tried to go to your blog, but it's private.

Blissed: Sorry the crowd kept you away, but at least it didn't keep you away for long!

MiddleAged: Hope your friends enjoy the photo!

Rosaria: I'm glad the bullet-train didn't scare you away for long!

Mandy: Thank you so much. Glad you came today!

I'm still trying to get to everyone that visited me on my SITs day. I don't have large chunks of time so it's taking me forever, but it's awesome to "meet" all these new people.

Mary said...

Hahaha, that's a good one LOL!!! It has been a snowy winter for some in the north - not in the south though, where we wouldn't mind getting just a bit.

13 hours??? Seriously?? I was wondering when/if MY turn would ever show up but ... wow.

JackieA said...

Thanks for the heads up on my blog Eva...I am still trying to figure my way around this thing. I believe I have rectified it!

Have fun with all those comments! I bet your discovering lots of great new blogs. It's been snowing here since Tuesday morning - and it's still snowing - we have about 3 feet. Ugh.

I love the picture of the snowman. Too funny. Seeing that as I sit inside working from my home office with yet more snow falling... priceless! Thanks for the smiles!
