Not Gonna' Rain on My Parade!

The weather forecast for the next several days calls for rain.  Showers today, rain tomorrow, showers Sunday and Monday, partly cloudy Tuesday, Wednesday showers, Thursday showers, partly cloudy next Friday, and showers again on next Saturday.  This got me thinking about how we react to the weather.

Having realized that I just have to change my attitude about the weather, I'm going to dig out my raincoat and my boots and go dancing in  the rain over the next week!

I just hope the temperature is mild...I'd hate to get goosebumps!

It started pouring -- one of those hard, serious, thunder-free rains -- just about two minutes ago. We've had wonderful weather, lately, so it's hard to complain.

So Eva ---- Did you know you was "nekid" under that rain coat??

Where do you find this stuff?

Okay....where the hell did you find that picture? I know for sure I deleted that from the family photos! Seriously though....where DO you get them??? Unbelievable! Who the heck would do that sober?

I wouldn't do anything than dance in the rain! I find myself in constant wonder that water falls from the sky. Genuinely, there is water, and it falls out of the sky, from above somehow! My tiny little mind can't comprehend that.

If you ever see a man staring at the back of a leaf for hours you may have just met me in person. Seriously though, water and sky is an awesome combination.

Debbie: I have friends who keep their eyes out for things I might like for my blog. They send them to me via email, and I save them. When I need a subject for my blog, I browse through the pictures, and voila!

Canadian: We've had great weather, too.

Personally, I hate it when my raincoat sticks to my behind! You need to powder up before going out next time!

We've had lots of rain lately but today is just BEAUTIFUL and blue! Amazingly cool for this time of the year in South-ish Texas too. When it rains I just like to stay inside and sew, if it's not an electrical storm during which I actually have to unplug my machine. Funny picture, took me a minute to get over my shock and then I started to laugh. Stopping by from SITS today.
