He looks hot! What about him caught your attention?
oh great question...love hearing peoples stories...nice pic.
He's a handsome young man of the fifties. For some reason, it brought to mind pictures I have seen of J. Robert Oppenheimer. It must be the hair. What do you think?
I don't know, he looks a little nerdy to me, which of course is an asset! I think he looks like Buddy Holly. ("Chantilly Lace and a Pretty Face...")
Ohh I remember the "suit" senior pictures. Seems like ya don't see that much anymore,,, I see your grin while you were posting this,,,:)
GREAT PICTURE! He is a cutey!!!
soooo handsome.....what a great pix!!!
GREAT pic;) love these throw back Thursdays.
Looks like you bagged yourself a good one. :)Great picture!
He looks so good and serious. My, my you are lucky and so is he.Mary
He looks just like someone else here and, for the life of me, I can't remember who! It's that middle aged, CRS syndrome.
Hey....Joe....you'll always be "HOT" in my book!!
I could see why you thought he was so handsome!!!
Glen: You're right. No formal photos; they can wear jeans an tees and have their photos taken on motorcycles or with their dogs, or whatever. I don't know if that's better or not.Stevan: It's been fun, but I may have to come up with a new Meme. I'm running out of old photos.Candice: He's still not bad 57 years later!Mary(writing): Yeah, he's just as serious as I am.Jen: He loved that comment, of course!
Very cute, I'd say.Happy Earth Day!!
I think the younger generations would say he's a "hunk". It is wonderful to remind ourselves and others that we were young once and still are in our hearts. I have some old photos of my parents and I love looking at them and seeing them as the attractive young couple they were. My dad was a "hunk". All the ladies thought so....even when he was in his late 60's. My mom continuted to turn men's heads when she was old too.
High school pictures...sooooo young. I can't stand it!He was cute, though.
I love seeing pictures in sepia and black and white! He is a looker.
Awwww! Those 50's photos make us look so much more mature than by today's standards. My son's high school yearbook had photos of grads with their goats, on a 4-wheeler, hanging from a tree branch, etc. I've never heard of having to hire your own photographer (or getting Uncle Ed) for your senior photo until I moved to Maine. Is that the norm everywhere? Maybe only where I lived did you have a school portrait/class photo taken for yearbook.
A mighty handsome fella!
This is so sweet!
As compared to super hot now? The glasses always do it for me! (But he's got a killer smile. Does he still have that?)
Very handsome! he has a very soft face.
