Monday's Message

It's time for another public service announcement.  Whenever valuable information  comes my way, I feel the need to share it with my readers.  Today's topic is Water.

The following will probably amaze and startle you.

One glass of water shuts down midnight hunger pangs for almost 100% of the dieters studied in a University study:

Lack of water is the #1 trigger of daytime fatigue.

Preliminary research indicates that 8-10 glasses of water a day could significantly ease back and joint pain for up to 80% of sufferers.

A mere 2% drop in body water can trigger fuzzy short-term memory, trouble with basic math, and difficulty focusing on the computer screen.

Drinking 5 glasses of water daily decreases the risk of colon cancer by 45%, plus it can slash the risk of breast cancer by 79%, and one is 50% less likely to develop bladder cancer.

Are you drinking the amount of water you should every day?

(No kidding, all of the above are true....)

Of course, too much water may have strange side effects . . .

                   Don't get carried away!

Now that I have your attention, go get another glass of water . . . BUT BE VERY, VERY CAREFUL!!!

I know this is all true because I read it on the internet!  You're welcome.

EVA

oh my gawd....I am not sure I could cope with the big bazookas that woman's got, but I could really do with the not being tired thing. Math I can live without.

Thanks for sharing....I could have ended up 25 bra sizes bigger had I not got the warning!

Hope you had a great Mother's Day :)

I know I need to drink more water, but NOT if I'll end up looking like that! My boobs are big enough, thank you very much!

Imagine the back ache that would cause. Would she have to drink more water to relieve it?

Okay. . . I didn't read it all the way through before I drank too much water! How did you get that picture of my rather large chest area?

One day, when I grow old, those things will roll up like window shades in a skinny lil bra made for someone in adolescence. And I will be thinking to myself, "it was because I drank too much water that one time when I read Eva's blog post."

Hope that made you smile.
