Remember the Troops

Since we had a devastating reminder that we are still at war this week with the loss of the Chinook Helicopter with 30 aboard, and more again yesterday, for a total of 41 casualties, I thought this video would be a fitting reminder that so many of our young men and women are putting their lives on the line for us every day.

Let's pray that they all come home safely soon.

I'm getting all choked up over here! I watched a news clip and read an article about the 10 y/o whose dad was the pilot of that Chinook and absolutely lost it. Losing it now. Thanks for the reminder, Eva!

Nice.

I have several male members of my family in the military, and I know they appreciate our keeping them in mind...

Thank you for this. We were lucky, very lucky to get my brother back alive. Not a day goes by I don't think of his unit still fighting without him.
